Grilled Pineapple Sundae
Ingredients (4 servings)

1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings or wedges

2–3 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra caramelization)

1–2 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Vanilla ice cream (or coconut, rum-raisin, or caramel)

Caramel sauce or honey, for drizzling

Toasted coconut flakes, nuts, or crushed cookies (optional)
Instructions

Prep the Pineapple

Brush pineapple slices lightly with melted butter or oil.

Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon if you want extra caramel flavor.

Grill

Heat grill to medium-high.

Grill pineapple 2–3 minutes per side until golden, lightly charred, and caramelized.

Build the Sundae

Place warm pineapple in a bowl.

Top with a scoop (or two!) of vanilla or coconut ice cream.

Finish
-
Drizzle with caramel sauce, honey, or chocolate.

Add toasted coconut, chopped nuts, or cookie crumbs for crunch.

Optional Variations

Rum Sauce: Warm 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp brown sugar + splash of dark rum. Drizzle over the sundae.

Spiced Version: Add nutmeg and ginger along with cinnamon.

Tropical Sundae: Add mango chunks or passionfruit pulp.
Ingredients:
* 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch slices
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 2 tablespoons melted butter
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine brown sugar, butter, lemon juice and cinnamon and mix until even. Brush mixture over pineapple slices. Place pineapple slice on preheated grill over a high heat and grill for about 1 minute per side or until browned. Remove from grill and immediately top with a scoop of ice cream and serve. These are best if the pineapple is warm when you eat it. The grilled fruit recipe of pineapple is ready....enjoy !
